It works, even when the audio source is terrible. The live lyrics feature is fantastic, and it saves all your searches so you can find that song you remember hearing a month ago!

Love this app!!!
Great job. Continued refinement is a must. Side note: Can you guys PLEASE offer the hound personal assistant on the Canadian App Store? Its taking a little while l, ni? Make it happen.
Very good!
Gr8 that its linked to Spotify !
I cant find ANYTHING on this thing. All I want is to identify the effin song but I spend more time looking for the listen button. I truly hate this confusing app!
When a song plays and I follow along with the lyrics,I noticed that your little Soundhound "frame" does not keep up with the songs...
Extremely disappointed that they took out support for the Watch which was very useful in movie theatres for example. Its one thing to not improve an app but quite another to take away feature. Such a shame.
iPhone 6S with iOS 9.3.2 It seems to work fine, but your database shouldnt cater to millennials only. Bear McCreary released the soundtrack for season two of the series Outlander in September 2015, seven months before the new season aired in April 2016. Five minutes into the ninth episode, "Je Suis Prest," a beautiful Gaelic tune began to play over a montage of the characters. I tried your app to find out what it was. Nothing. I backed my recording of the episode up and tried again. Still nothing. Even Shazam failed. Theres just no excuse for this. Not everyone who uses this app on their iPhone is under 30 and into pop, rock, and/or rap. Some of us are over 50. And considering that your app doesnt cater to those like me or bother to update the database sufficiently seven months after the release of a TV series soundtrack that has millions of female fans over 30, $9.99 is a bit much to expect me to buy in. But since your competition didnt do any better, they wont be getting my money either. Incidentally, after some research (which apps like this exist to help people avoid), I was able to find out that the song in question is called "An Fhìdeag Airgid" (meaning "the silver whistle") featuring Gilliebrìde MacMillan.
Great to try and guess they titles & artists.
Constantly says "no music heard." Maybe Ill switch to Shazam.
Uses location services and microphone access when you dont give it permission (automatically enables it in the settings app)
This app is amazing! I was able to search for many songs that I love. This thing can spot even foreign music. Very accurate and perfect for quick search of your favorite song. Thanks!!
Great, even if humming or singing the song which is not the case for other apps. Works even for classical music. Keeper!
Im going to use Shazam
Cant believe it couldnt recognize The Tragically Hip!! Deleting the app. See ya.
Used it for years on my iPhone 4. Put it on my 6S and constantly noticing the microphone in use when I dont even have the app open. Deleted!!
This new version has too many bells and whistles. Loosing focus on what it once did well.
I got the original app when it first came out and it wont write a review for it today This app does not recognize all the songs in the world mostly pop music
