iPhone 6S with iOS 9.3.2
It seems to work fine, but your database shouldnt cater to millennials only.
Bear McCreary released the soundtrack for season two of the series Outlander in September 2015, seven months before the new season aired in April 2016. Five minutes into the ninth episode, "Je Suis Prest," a beautiful Gaelic tune began to play over a montage of the characters. I tried your app to find out what it was. Nothing. I backed my recording of the episode up and tried again. Still nothing. Even Shazam failed. Theres just no excuse for this.
Not everyone who uses this app on their iPhone is under 30 and into pop, rock, and/or rap. Some of us are over 50. And considering that your app doesnt cater to those like me or bother to update the database sufficiently seven months after the release of a TV series soundtrack that has millions of female fans over 30, $9.99 is a bit much to expect me to buy in. But since your competition didnt do any better, they wont be getting my money either.
Incidentally, after some research (which apps like this exist to help people avoid), I was able to find out that the song in question is called "An Fhìdeag Airgid" (meaning "the silver whistle") featuring Gilliebrìde MacMillan.
